ATLE zone directors are planning an online event on information governance and digital student records to support collaboration on implementation of digital student records.  This symposium builds on the success and content of the Information Management and Digital Student Records Symposium held last year, March 1, 2019.

Topics will include:

  • Success Stories
  • Update on PASI Usage Agreement: Schedule A, Q & A with Mike
  • Cyber Security
  • Division Policies/Admin Procedures to Check Out While Shifting to Digital Records

Due to interest from all zones, there will be at least one site in each zone where individuals can gather for online presentations and discussion with others present during the interactive portions of the workshop.  For individuals who cannot travel to a site, desktop access for presentations will be available but the opportunity for interaction during the breakout portions will be absent. The symposium will be offered via the Alberta Education Zoom network.  Please select the ticket that indicates how you will be joining the event:

REGIONAL SITES INCLUDE: Grimshaw, Edmonton, Bonnyville, Ponoka, High River, and Lethbridge. Street addresses and contact numbers for all sites will be distributed via e-mail in advance of the event.

INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION:  Those individuals who are unable to participate in the Zone remote sites will participate online from their desktop.

Please direct questions regarding the format for the workshops and or questions regarding registration and payment to Doug Dietz, Executive Director.
